What we collect

We only collect what you choose to send us through two forms.

• The contact form: your name, email address, phone number (optional) and your message.
• The career forms: your name, email address, phone number, cover letter and CV.

We do not ask for payment details or anything sensitive. Please do not put any in your message.

Why we collect it

We use your details to reply to your enquiry, to discuss a project with you, and to assess your application for a role. We do not use them for anything else, and we do not send marketing email unless you ask for it.

Where it is stored

Form submissions are saved in the SparkAi backend and sent to our company email inbox. Access is limited to the staff who need it to answer you or to review applications.

How long we keep it

• Contact enquiries: 24 months from the date you sent them.
• Job applications and CVs: 12 months from the date you applied.

Who we share it with

We do not sell or share your details with anyone, except service providers that help us run the site and our email (for example hosting and email providers). They may only use your data to provide that service.

Cookies

The public website sets no tracking or advertising cookies. We only use login cookies, and only in the staff areas, to keep our team signed in.

Your rights

You can ask us to show you the data we hold about you, correct it, or delete it at any time. Email contact@sparkai.ca and we will reply as soon as we can.
